Proven and test escalation procedures ensure access to senior consultants whenever required which provides swift and effective escalation.

Back-to-Back Manufacturer Contracts

i-net has direct relationships with its primary vendor partners. This guarantees swift escalation to the vendor technical assistance centres and a back-up network of spares depots located worldwide. This also ensures that i-net are able to provide nominated client support staff with on line access to support case information and technical documentation. Combined with on-line access to i-nets’s support centre, this ensures that clients can have real time access to case update information at all times.

Global Partner Network
